Biography

Gothenburg's DON PATROL was formed in 1989 and led by ex-SNOWSTORM vocalist Dille Diedriscson and, apart from the album releases, the band's other claim to fame was a Swedish support slot to DAVID LEE ROTH. Signing to The Record Station label the band debuted in 1990, the eponymous album hitting number 44 on the Swedish charts. Original keyboard player Dan Helgesen replaced Häkan Johansson for the second album 'A Wire, A Deal And A Devil', released in December 1992, before the band decided to drop keyboards from their sound altogether.

DON PATROL are known to have recorded a third album in 1995, but this, as yet, remains unreleased.

In 2008 Imre Daun and Henrik Thomsen came back to the fore as HOPE and the album 'All Of My Days'.
