Gamleby's DEMIURG notably features PAGANIZER and RIBSPREADER mainman Rogga Johansson on vocals and guitar and the ever industrious Dan Swanö of BREJN DEDD, EDGE OF SANITY, UNICORN, PAN.THY.MONIUM, GODSEND, WOUNDED KNEE and NIGHTINGALE repute amongst a myriad of other projects both in front of and behind the desk. The group's debut album, 'Breath Of The Demiurg', was released in February 2007 through Dutch imprint Mascot Records. In March DEMIURG was joined by GOREFEST and HAIL OF BULLETS drummer Ed Warby.

Shortly afterwards it was revealed Warby and Johansson had forged THE 11TH HOUR, a Doom Metal collaboration, self-described as "the wretched spawn of two kindred spirits", with Warby, handling drums, guitar, bass, vocals, programming, and Johansson, on vocals and additional guitar.
