Biography

Punk infused Thrash act. FLEGMA started life in 1987 citing a line up of vocalist Rother, guitarist Puschel, bass player Richard Lion and drummer Martin Brorsson. Having released their full blown debut album, 'Blind Acceptance' in 1992, FLEGMA added ex-OBSCURITY guitarist Jörgen Lindhe to the line-up following 1994's 'Flesh To Dust' album. This also found them offering a cover of the KISS track 'I Stole Your Love'.

In addition the band have contributed tracks to both VENOM and METALLICA tribute albums with 'Leave Me In Hell' on the VENOM tribute 'Promoters Of The Third World War' on Primitive Art Records and 'The Thing That Should Not Be' on Black Sun Records 'Metal Militia' METALLICA tribute album.

FLEGMA disbanded with vocalist Kalle Metz and Richard Lion founding the Gothic Metal act TENEBRE in league with FUNHOUSE guitarist Fredrik. Ex-FLEGMA man Martin Olsson contributed session work to the debut TENEBRE album 'XIII'.
