ANOTHER LIFE is a Progressive Metal venture of Andreas "Dea" Karlsson from PAGANIZER and RIBSPREADER. Demos included 'Another Life' in 2003 and 2004's 'Melancholia'. Featured session guest would be the esteemed DAN SWANÖ of EDGE OF SANITY. The album 'Memories From Nothing' was scheduled for an April 2006 release, but delayed until November 2008, when it was finally released with a different track order and new album artwork. The limited edition came with the nine track bonus disc 'Reflections'.

The endeavour expanded to a full band as Karlsson and Swanö introduced lead guitarist Fredrik Pettersson, of HYBRID FREAK DIVISION, plus BLUE SKIES BRING TEARS musicians, second guitar player Christian Ahlsen, bass player Andreas Ottosson, keyboard player Niklas Ottosson and August Lengquist on drums.
