Drummer ANDERS JOHANSSON, brother of the equally well known keyboard player JENS JOHANSSON, made a significant impact upon the Swedish Rock scene by putting in terms with YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, KEEGAN, BLUE MURDER, MINDCRIME, TEARS OF ANGER and SILVER MOUNTAIN, as well as issuing two solo albums, 'Shu-Tka' in 1993 and 'Red Shift' in 1997. With his brothers Jens, he has also issued album product under the JOHANSSON BROTHERS banner. Johansson joined high profile Power Metal band HAMMERFALL in 1999. Anders also sessioned on the 2001 EMPIRE album 'Hypnotica', WINTERLONG's 2002 opus 'The Second Coming' and MISTHERIA's 'Messenger Of The Gods' album in 2004.

Johansson would briefly join the ranks of STRATOVARIUS in 2004. Early 2006 found the drummer participating in the PLANET ALLIANCE project mentored by vocalist / keyboard player Mike Andersson of CLOUDSCAPE and guitarist Magnus Karlsson, of LAST TRIBE, STARBREAKER, MIDNIGHT SUN and the RUSSELL ALLEN / JORN LANDE concept.
