Toward the close of 2003 IN FLAMES guitarists Björn Gelotte and Jesper Strömblad found time in their hectic schedule to activate an all new project dubbed ALL ENDS as a collaboration with "musical artist" Tinna Karlsdotter, ex-IN FLAMES guitarist Fredrik Johansson, EVERGREY bassist Michael Håkansson and Björn's sister Emma Gelotte. Demos, recorded at Studio Fredman and Queenstreet Recording in Gothenburg by producers Fredrik Nordström and Patrick J. Sten, would be shopped to labels in early 2005. All music on these sessions had been composed by Björn Gelotte and Jesper Strömblad.

Concerts projected for 2007, commencing at the Antwerp Hof Ter Loo venue on April 27th, were announced as the 'Earthshaker Roadshock' tour in union with AFTER FOREVER, TAROT, DIE APOKALYPTISCHEN REITER, MACHINE MEN and FINNTROLL. Bassist Michael Håkansson, of ENGEL, EVERGREY and THE PROJECT HATE, was recruited in April.

ALL ENDS lent support to EDGUY's European tour dates inJanuary 2009.
