Celtiberian Black Metal band DHAUBGURZ, taking its name from the Tolkein lore Ork language, 'Dhaub' (agony) and 'Gurz' (death), was created toward the close of 2003 when project mentor Hermod left his former act AVERNUM. Hermod woul be inducted into the ranks of CYHIRIAETH upon completion of the debut DHAUBGURZ EP 'Forest Of Souls'.
