The Doom duo CONDEMNED CELL, originally founded as GRAVESIDE in 1996, issued the demo sessions 'Shadows' and 'The Realm Of Stone' in 1998. At this juncture the band comprised Kostyan Extirpator on vocals and guitar, Fred Bloodsucker on drums and bassist Phil Tormentor. Further demos included 'My Demons' in 1999 and 2001's 'Frozen Skies'.

Discultured Productions issued the album 'Shadows Of The Past', comprising tracks recorded between 2001 and 2003 at Twilight Sound Studios, in May 2004.
