A trad inclined Hard Rock band, STREET LEGAL debuted live supporting W.A.S.P. during 1999. The album 'Thunderdome' emerged in 2000, prompting live appearances at the 'Sweden Rock' festival and the UK 'Gods' event.

STREET LEGAL credited guitarist Tore Moren would achieve international acclaim as guitarist for melodic Rockers RAIN and on JORN LANDE's first two solo albums. Uniting with MAYHEM drummer Hellhammer he would subsequently forge trad Heavy Metal band CARNIVORA, issuing the 'Judas' album in 2004.

STREET LEGAL guitarist Ken Ingersen, previously with LIMELIGHT and RAGS,  produced JACK IN THE BOX and would form part of SPEED in 1998 for their 'One' album. The guitarist subsequently joined the solo touring band of TNT guitarist Ronnie Le Tekrø and also performed with LIVE FIRE, a band assembled by former URIAH HEEP man Ken Hensley.

STREET LEGAL frontman Björn Boge guested on RAIN's 2002 album 'House Of Dreams'.

Moren, in association with STREET LEGAL drummer Björn Olav Bol Ladval, PAGAN'S MIND's singer Nils K.Rue, bassist Bjarne Torud and CIRCUS MAXIMUS keyboard player Espen Store also operate the OZZY OSBOURNE tribute band OZZMOSIS. During 2004 STREET LEGAL would be in preperation for a new album, now counting a line-up comprising vocalist / bassist Björn Boge, guitarists Rolf Bjorseth and Tommy Kristiansen, with Øystein Boge on drums.

For 2008 the STREET LEGAL line-up introduced guitarist Tore Østby. of ARK and CONCEPTION repute. That March Tore Moren rejoined the band. The album 'Bite The Bullet' was produced by Tommy Newton for a March 2009 release through the Frontiers label.
