"Cyber Metal" band BLACK COMEDY includes drummer Tjodalv (a.k.a. Ian Kenneth Åkesson) of SUSPERIA, ILLNATH, NOCTURNAL BREED and DIMMU BORGIR repute plus bassist Memnock (Håkon Didriksen) of SUSPERIA, METADOX, VANAHEIM and OLD MAN'S CHILD. The line-up also comprised singer Jon E. Bergan, vocalist / guitarist Cyprien (Marius Strand), guitarist Nucleon (Stefano Bardellotto) and keyboard player Bariuz (Bjørn Borg). The album 'Crawl To Exceed' emerged in 2001. A follow up EP, 'Synthesis', arrived in October 2002 followed up by a 2005 demo recording.

Marius Strand joined DEAD TROOPER in July 2006 as their new drummer.
