Biography

Auckland based Hard Rock / Heavy Metal outfit JUST ONE FIX was formed in December 1998. On Friday October 13th 2000 the band played a gig at the Powerstation in Auckland. The song 'One Man' then appeared on the Intergalactic Records compilation 'The First Friday The 13th Of The Millennium' which included other Kiwi Metal acts such as SINATE, MALEVOLENCE and DAWN OF AZAZEL. Mid 2001 saw bassist Vinnie Cathcart join the band in time for an August 9th support slot for MEGADETH at the St. James Theatre in Auckland. That year JUST ONE FIX released a self titled debut demo.

In 2002 the band took a break following the departure of vocalist Eden Palmer. Drummer Dan then also exited the band leaving guitarist Sharne Scarborough as the only original member. Scarborough and Cathcart soon found themselves jamming with G-Force in a cover band called KFD which also featured ex-8 FOOT SATIVA and current SINATE vocalist / guitarist Matt Sheppard. Following these jam sessions G-Force (AFTER FOREVER) was recruited as the new drummer for JUST ONE FIX. Soonafter Riccardo Ball, also a DJ on The Rock FM, joined as vocalist completing the band's new line-up. Later, bassist Ant Ward would replace Vinnie Cathcart on bass.

In March 2007 JUST ONE FIX began recording material for a debut album 'Moments Of Brutality'.
