Notorious Japanese premier Grindcore act C.S.S.O. (CLOTTED SYMMETRIC SEXUAL ORGAN) began life entitled GUSTRIC JUICE with a line up of vocalist Narutoshi, guitarist Sumito, drummer Takashi and Gan-Tyan. The band's singer would depart for MAGGOTY CORPSE whilst Sumito teamed up with GRUDGE. However, the pair would return to action with GUSTRIC JUICE soon evolving the band into ALTERNATIVE DEADBODY.

Under this new guise the band cut a demo with MAGGOTY CORPSE drummer Junji sessioning. Shortly after recording the band morphed again into C.S.S.O. pulling in EUTHANASIA drummer Makato then Susumu.

During 1996 C.S.S.O. toured Europe sharing billing with Poland's DEAD INFECTION and Spain's HAEMORRHAGE. This union resulted in the release of a split EP in collusion with DEAD INFECTION.

The band's shared EP in alliance with Austria's MASTIC SCUM and RAPE, included versions of NAPALM DEATH's 'Control' and CARCASS' 'Genital Grinder'. In 1998 Susumu made way for Takeshi.

2000 found the group appearing on the 'Transoriental X-Press' shared album combined with French artists DESECRATION and INFECTED PUSSY. The year would also see the group's debut European album release 'Nagrö Läuxes VIII' on Germany's Morbid Records.

C.S.S.O. would also contribute their version of 'Cannibal Ballet' to the IMPETIGO tribute album 'Wizards Of Gore'. Further split EP's ensued with Australians THE BLOODY VICE, Sweden's BIRDFLESH and a 2002 three way split 'Three Way Of Armageddon' with NUCLEAR DEVESTATION and TOTAL FUCKING DESTRUCTION in 2002 for Japan's Obliteration Records..
