Biography

Florence, Tuscany based Symphonic inclined Power Metal act SEVEN GATES are rooted in the most unlikeliest of sources as many of the founding members were involved with an "official" BON JOVI tribute band. These musicians, adding drummer Paolo Baroni and vocalist Max Carrai put together SEVEN GATES in March of 1999 as another cover outfit, this time concentrating on Power Metal renditions. Slowly but surely original compositions crept into the live set. Carrai bade his farewell in August of 2000 and the band filled the vacancy with Federico Puleri. Adding keyboard player Fabrizio Marnica an EP 'Demo 2000' was recorded.

A deal was struck with the Brazilian Megahard label and the debut 'Unreality' arrived in October of 2002.

SEVEN GATES would donate a track 'Until Death Do Us Part' to the Underground Symphony SWORD tribute album in early 2002.

The group returned in 2008 with their second album, the self-funded 'The Good And The Evil'. The group composition at this juncture involved singer Federico Puleri, guitarists Marco Moroni, of MISTYLAND repute, and Tommaso Vitali, bassist Simone Vermigli, keyboard player Fabrizio Marnica with Lorenzo Innocenti on drums.

SEVEN GATES line-up evolved to include vocalist Eugent Bushpepa.
