A deliberately retro 80s styled Heavy Metal band, NAMELESS CRIME was forged during 1998 by the erstwhile ATOMIC CHILD triumvirate of guitarist Alessandro Tuccillo, bassist Raffaele Lanzuise and drummer Dario Graziano. The following year the band was solidified with the addition of two ex LANDGUARD members, guitarist Marco Ruggiero- a man also citing credits with STORMWIND, and singer Michele Sorrentino. With this line up NAMELESS CRIME committed to CD a demo session in November of 2000.

However, in February of 2001 Sorrentino made his exit. The band duly made up the numbers by enlisting CAPITIVUS DIABOLI frontman Fabio Manda. NAMELESS CRIME secured a deal with the Nocturnal Music label during February of 2002. The group cut a new album, 'Law And Persecution', in 2004.
