2005 witnessed the arrival of solo venture MICHELE LUPPI'S HEAVEN. The 'Strive' album, released via Scarlet in July, saw the VISION DIVINE frontman striking out on an AOR path, aided by studio gusts guitarist ALEX DE ROSSO of DOKKEN repute, Maurizio Solieri of VASCO ROSSI and band colleagues Olaf Thörsen (a.k.a. Carlo Magnani) and Oleg Smirnoff.
