BLUE was a band project from former TEA and KROKUS frontman Marc Storace and ex-TOAD and VIC VERGAT BAND guitarist Vic Vergat. The resulting record was brimming with competent AOR tunes, but the liaison was shortlived and Storace would rejoin KROKUS for the Swiss act's 'To Rock Or Not To Be' album and by 2000 was fronting DC WORLD.
