Biography
Ex-SKID ROW, THIN LIZZY and COLOSSEUM II guitarist GARY MOORE formed G FORCE primarily to tour North America following the relative success of his 1979 solo album 'Back On The Streets'. Mark Nauseef had previously played with the IAN GILLAN BAND, THIN LIZZY and ELF. G FORCE notably supported VAN HALEN's US dates throughout July and August of 1981.
For a time G FORCE was fronted by former CAPTAIN BEYOND, PIPEDREAM and TRUK vocalist Willy Daffern known as Willy Dee.
The group was short-lived as Moore joined the GREG LAKE band in 1981 prior to continuing his ever successful solo career.
