Thessaloniki Power Metal act. BREAKING SILENCE date to 1992 but the early years of the band was marred by compulsary military service commitments. Only with the recording of the 1997 demo 'Second Calling' did the band start to make any serious headway. Having sold over 1,000 copies of this tape BREAKING SILENCE was offered an album deal by Serious Entertainment. Travelling to Denmark in late 1998 the band cut their opening album 'Impact' with noted producer Jacob Hansen.
