Biography
Originally titled CORACKO (and releasing an album using the name) this quartet included ex VENGEANCE vocalist Leon Goewie and erstwhile WARLOCK and U.D.O. guitarist Peter Szigeti in the ranks. The decision to change the band name came after splitting with their management. However, another group was discovered to have prior claim to the name.
Having released an album titled 'Way Of Thorns' through Polydor (featuring a cover of SPARKS' 'This Town Ain't Big Enough For The Both Of Us'). STONEWASHED toured Europe as support to AXXIS in May of 1995.
STONEWASHED then decided to change the name to that of the album title. However, the quartet failed to last long as WAY OF THORNS and would soon split.
