R.I.P. ("Raw Intense Power") was established during 2005 by guitarist Björn Daigger of MAJESTY, IRONY, ANGUISH, RESPAWN INC. and INTO DARKNESS repute. The project found Daigger working with RESPAWN INC. colleague Fabian Pospiech on vocals, Chris Merzinsky of PENETRALIA, INTO DARKNESS and MIDNATTSOL on drums and ex-ANGUISH sibling Sven Daigger on keyboards.

The group parted ways with bassist Christian Hager."Due to scheduling conflicts and musical differences" in July 2006. Birgit Ȫllbrunner, also in MIDNATTSOL and COMMANDER, was inducted shortly afterward.

The album '...Out to R:I:P All Nations!!!' was completed in November. The song 'The Cold Place' featured guest appearances from Christina Müller of RUDE and Christian Muenzner of MAJESTY and NECROPHAGIST.
