HUMAN BLOODFEAST

Biography

Regensburg Death Metal combo, founded during October 1999 by singer Andreas Mausch, vocalist / guitarist Marcus Merl, second guitarist Andreas Schneid and Joachim Wolf and drums. After initial 2000 demos Schneid was replaced by Martin Buchmann and Stephan Fimmers was enrolled to cover bass duties. In November of 2001 HUMAN BLOODFEAST entered the recording studio to lay down tracks for the debut 'Damned To Rot'. Although the band scored numerous support gigs to the likes of CRYPTIC WINTERMOON, FLESHLESS, DISBELIEF, FLESHCRAWL, PROFANITY and ILLDISPOSED, Buchmann was to exit. Filling the vacancy would be Tobias Köppl.

HUMAN BLOODFEAST lost the services of Andreas Mausch in the Spring of 2003, the frontman opting out due to health reasons. A temporary replacement was located in Sebastian Heim, this posting later becoming permanent. The band's next recording would be the self financed 'Bath Of Bugs' EP, cut at Aexxys Art Studios in September.

The band hooked up with SYCRONOMICA, ILLEGIMITATION and EQUILIBRIUM for the "Blasting Bavaria" tour of Germany in November of 2004.
