PUNISHABLE ACT is a West Berlin based Hardcore act in operation since 1993. The group's roots trace back to a 1985 outfit entitled REASORS EXZESZ, this act evolving into ROUGH CALLED, then PUNISHABLE ACT. Signing to the Noise label the group debuted in 1994 with the 'Infect' album. The 'Anti-Vision' album saw a guesting Freddy Hoya of MADBALL on the track 'Lie Of Democracy'.

Drummer Herrmann was previously a member of BLECHREIZ and MAD SIN.
