Düsseldorf Heavy Metal band. During 1981 vocalist Doro Pesch, guitarist Rudy Graf and bassist Frank Rittel, together with STALLION drummer Thomas Franke, had operated as BEAST, issuing a rehearsal demo tape. Pesch, also having a tradition with SNAKEBITE, Graf and Rittel duly forged WARLOCK, debuting for Mausoleum Records with the album 'Burning The Witches' in 1984, to make a significant mark on the international Metal scene. With WARLOCK's demise, following 1987's 'Triumph And Agony' opus, DORO struck out on a high profile solo career.
