Pagan Metal act MENHIR debuted with the 1995 demo 'Barditus'. The band allied themselves with SIEBENBÜRGEN and French act FORBIDDEN SITE for a tour of Germany in November of 1997. MENHIR's 1999 album 'Thuringia' included a cover of BATHORY's 'Woman Of Dark Desires'.
