HOUSE OF SPIRITS men Olaf Bilic and Martin Hirsch had both been members of JESTERS MARCH, whilst Uwe Baltrusch is ex MEKONG DELTA and drummer Jörg Michael was formally with MEKONG DELTA, RUNNING WILD, GRAVE DIGGER and RAGE.

Baltrusch departed after the debut album making way for Benjamin Schippritt. HOUSE OF SPIRITS collapsed though with bassist Martin Hirsch joining HILTON then Deathsters MORGOTH. Bilic put in vocal sessions with both FAITH HEALER and FALCON.

A four track demo secured a new deal with the Century Media label and once more drums were supplied by Jörg Michael. However, Michael's commitments as full time member of STRATOVARIUS and AXEL RUDI PELL meant the recruitment of new drummer Michael Strichen for live work.
