REVENANT is rooted in the antecedent act SILENT DECAY a Frankfurt am Main Thrash Metal band. Founded in 1993 the group issued the four song demo 'The Fear Within' the following year. The band, acquiring new bassist Cüneyt Cardella in place of former member Ritchie, then evolved into REVENANT. The self-financed 'Schwermetall' album arrived in 2000.
