Melodic Rock band DOMINOE achieved huge success in their native Germany with the single "Here I Am'. The track was used as the soundtrack for a Renault cars TV commercial and would subsequently maintain a grip on the singles charts for a mammoth 25 week run. Unfortunately the band was unable to build upon this flying start and folded after just two albums.

DOMINOE's debut album for RCA 'Keep In Touch' featured a line up of vocalist Jörg Sieber, guitarist Robert Papst, bassist Fred Neudert, keyboard players Johnny Rohde and Angie Buchzyk and drummer Rick Schulz. Guest guitar came from Gerhard 'Angel' Schleifer of DEMON DRIVE.

For the 1990 follow up 'The Key' Buchzyk and Papst retired to backing vocalist and production roles respectively as DOMINOE pulled in fresh guitarist Marc Schiegl.

DOMINOE was resurrected in 2002 touting a fresh album for MTM Music 'No Silence...No Lambs'. Naturally the band re-worked 'Here I Am' for their return.
