AMITAV features KINGDOM COME guitarist Oliver Kießner and former KANE singer Ralf Zdiarstek. The vocalist had made his name internationally portraying the character of Mainz bailiff Falk von Kronberg on Tobias Sammet's AVANTASIA project. The band made its live debut on 28th May 2005 at the Kornhaus in Hünfeld, Germany.
