John Entwistle of THE WHO formed a fleeting band unit dubbed THE BEST in 1990. Included would be Jeff Baxter and drummer Zak Starkey, son of THE BEATLES Ringo Starr. Later that year 'Playboy' magazine revealed a new version of THE BEST was to feature JOE WALSH, KEITH EMERSON and Zak Starkey. This failed to transpire.
