ZUUL FX feature former NO RETURN singer Steeve "Zuul" Petit. The project debuted with a three song demo issued in December of 2003. A debut album for Equilibre Music, entitled 'By The Cross', was crafted early Autumn 2004 with producer François Caste at Studio Sainte-Marthe in Paris. The band would make their live inauguration on 18th September at the La Locomotive in Paris. Partnering with SYBREED and KEVORKIA, the band toured France in October 2005.

Blast opted out in February 2006, quoting "professional reasons". ZUUL FX, alongside MASTER, supported IMPALED NAZARENE on tour in May. The band crafted their second album in the autumn at Studio Sainte-Marthe in Paris working with producer François Caste.
