Toulouse "Nü Dark" Metal act LEIDEN came into being during May of 2000, recording the demo 'Songs In The Key Of Dark' shortly after. The self financed album 'L'Aube Spirituelle' would subsequently be picked up for European distribution by the Adipocere label. 'Empty', featuring promotional video clips for the tracks 'Entlarvt' and 'Spirale', followed in 2004.
