TAROT's Marco Hietala, along with TAROT colleague keyboard player Janne Tolsa would also convene a 2001 act dubbed VIRTUOCITY. Spinefarm Records released the album 'Secret Visions' in August 2002. King Records in Japan released 'Secret Visions' three months previously, the Far Eastern version hosting an extra three tracks in 'New Empire', 'Ruins Of Love' and 'Time Passing By...'. Other players involved included drummer Jaska Raatikainen of CHILDREN OF BODOM, guitarist Jaron Sebastian Raven and vocalist Peter James Goodman. Keyboard player 'Michael Thomas' was in fact TWISTED SILENCE's Tuomas Seppäläs. Goodman's tradition includes terms of duty with CONQUEST, STUD, PEGASOS, NORTHERN LIGHTS, MISTRESS, STONE and covers band METAL GODS.

Janne Tolsa joined the reformation line-up of ETERNAL TEARS OF SORROW in late 2004. VIRTUOCITY drummer Heikki Saari joined NORTHER in November 2005.

In 2005 keyboard player Tuomas Seppäläs took on the guitar role to forge ATHEME ONE. For his new project he would be joined by fellow VIRTUOCITY musicians vocalist Peter James Goodman, bassist Tommi Kuri and drummer Heikki Saari. Tuomas Seppäläs also operated ATHEME TWO, fronted by ICONOFEAR soprano vocalist Heidi Parviainen.
