Metal project founded by the frontman of PHILLIP BOA & THE VOODOOCLUB in collusion with SLAYER and GRIP INC. drummer DAVE LOMBARDO, Mille of KREATOR, GRIP INC. man Waldemar Sorychta and DEATH's esteemed frontman Chuck Schuldiner. The debut album, produced by Sorychta, provided enough impact for the band to tour and after these dates Boa decided on assembling a permanent version of VOODOOCULT for further work.

Pulling in guitarist Gabby Abularach, bassist Taif Ball and ex DESPAIR drummer Markus Freiwald (all of whom had worked on the debut album) Boa laid down the 'Voodoocult' record of 1995, production being handled by ex VICTORY man Tommy Newton. Guest musicians included ex FAITH NO MORE guitarist JIM MARTIN.
