FACELIFT was a shortlived Death Metal unit founded during 1997 by erstwhile KONKHRA compatriots guitarist Kim Mathiesen and drummer Johnny Nielsen. On lead vocals would be Ivan Grosmeyer. Session figures for the EP 'State Of The Art' would be bassists Peter Holland and Sharlee D'Angelo, the latter a MERCYFUL FATE veteran. For live work FACELIFT employed Lars Mayland of KONKHRA and FURIOUS TRAUMA repute.
