Highly respected Canadian guitarist and songwriter. 'Dangerous Games' album featured TOTO drummer Jeff Porcaro and Jörn Andersen, the latter to figure in the histories of HONEYMOON SUITE and ALANNAH MYLES. 1986's follow up 'Window To The Light' saw KIM MITCHELL man Pete Fredette aiding in the studio along with bassist Peter Cardinali. 'Undertwo', issued in 1992, included Cardinali once again, ex-CONEY HATCH man CARL DIXON and Terry Crawford. Billy Sherwood of LODGIC, WORLD TRADE and YES assisted with songwriting.

Both 'Dangerous Games' and 'Windows To Light' were reissued with extra tracks in 1994 by Long Island Records. The millennium would finally see a twelve year project between Fredette and Meissner bear fruition with the METROPOLIS project album.
