Herk de Stad, Limburg based Gothic Metal band founded by the AXAMENTA pairing of drummer Frederik Van Mieghem and vocalist / bassist Kristof De Greef during 2001. GRACEFALLEN underwent line-up changes in early 2005, losing both singer Irene Visser and guitarist Fritz Brinkman. The band opted to persevere minus female vocals, filling the guitar vacancy by drafting Christophe Vandeghinste from EXCESS OF CRUELTY and RE:CREATION.

The final line-up for GRACEFALLEN involved vocalist / bassist Kristof De Greef, guitarist Domingo Smets and drummer Frederik Van Mieghem.
