Central Coast based Metal / Hardcore band founded in 2000. Demos led to the debut 'As Seasons Pass' EP of July 2002. STRONGER THAN HATE's debut 2004 album 'Between Day And Darkness', released by Resist Records in early 2004, was produced by the LORD KAOS, DIMMU BORGIR, CARPE TENEBRUM and INFERNAL METHOD guitarist Astennu (a.k.a. Jamie Stinson). Both Astennu and his INFERNAL METHOD colleague drummer Grahame Goode, the latter a veteran of AUTOMATION, CRYOGENIC and NEOPHOBIA, would join the band upon completion of these sessions.

Astennu took time out from the group schedule in April to act as producer for pre-production recordings for HERRATIK at Amethyst Studios in Sydney. Grahame Goode acted as temporary drummer for Heavy Metal band DUNGEON's June 2004 support gigs to EDGUY. Further Australian touring found STRONGER THAN HATE partnering with Nu-Metal act DAYSEND for shows in October.
