Christian Heavy Metal band. ARMAGEDDON's track '(Liberation From) Blazing Wasteland' was included on the 1988 'East Coast Metal' compilation album issued by Regency records. The band started life billed as SECOND CHANCE. An ARMAGEDDON credited drummer, Joe Hasselvander, had earlier journeyed through Doom veterans PENTAGRAM, DEATHROW, SIMMONDS, British Thrashers RAVEN and DEVIL CHILDE. Ex-guitarist P.J. Bussey joined TAKER.
ARMAGEDDON re-united for a one off show in 2005, appearing at the 'Rally In The Alley' event in Herndon, Virginia on 29th May. The line-up for this gig comprised vocalist Mike Vance, guitarists P.J. Bussey and Robby Lee, bassist Dan Wilkenson with Jake Vorrath on drums.
