In late 2004 NARNIA vocalist Christian Rivel revealed plans for an ambitious solo venture for 2004 entitled AUDIOVISION. This project saw contributions from such Rock alumni as the TALISMAN and ex-YNGWIE MALMSTEEN and AXEL RUDI PELL credited singer JEFF SCOTT SOTO, ex-WHITESNAKE, BLUE MURDER and FIRM bassist TONY FRANKLIN, Mats Levén of KRUX, AT VANCE and YNGWIE MALMSTEEN and Mic Michaeli of EUROPE.

Aldso guesting would be the CANDLEMASS, BRAZEN ABBOT and TALISMAN veteran Thomas Vikström, erstwhile THUNDER and GREAT KING RAT bassist Michael Höglund, PLATITUDE's Andreas Lindahl, ex-ELECTRIC BOYS man Thomas Broman, Jörgen Schelander of MERCURY FANG, TOMMY DENANDER of RADIOACTIVE, Michael Andersson of CLOUDSCAPE and NARNIA's own Carl Johan Grimmark. Production and songwriting credits went out to Rivel's project partner guitarist Lars Chriss from LION'S SHARE.

AUDIOVISION debuted with a donation of 'Love Is Like Oxygen' to the SWEET tribute album 'The Sweet According To Sweden', this track being a duet between Rivel and Soto. King Records issued 'The Calling' album in Japan during December 2004. ...
