The cult Death styled Black Metal band PENTAGRAM comprised vocalist guitarist Anton 'Behemoth' Reisenegger, rhythm guitarist Juan Pablo 'Azazel' Uribe, bass player Alfredo Peña and CHRONOS drummer Eduardo 'Eurynomos' Topelberg. During the band's active career, commencing with a debut gig in December of 1985, PENTAGRAM issued just two demos, recorded during 1987, and a 7" single 'Fatal Prediction' for the Swiss Chainsaw Murder label.

The group incorporated Marcelo Ulloa on drums for a solitary gig before re-hiring Topelberg to record their first demo in January of 1987 at Nacofon Studios. For these sessions Reisenegger handled lead vocals, guitar and bass with Uribe contributing secondary guitars. A label deal from Brazil was offered but fell by the wayside. Alfredo "El Bey" Peña was then inducted on bass guitar as PENTAGRAM's local repute saw the band packing in a 1,000 fans or more into gigs. Live work would also see the band sharing stages with the likes of DORSO, NECROSIS, RUST and CAOS...
