THE NERVES (GERMANY)
LINE UP
Mini Satellite (vocals), Cpt. Proton (guitar), Tom Rocket (guitar), Adm. Jack (bass), Cmdr. Bossi (drums)
A Punk revivalist outfit from Southern Germany. THE NERVES were originally fronted by Tim Vic (a.k.a. Michael Langbein) and featured guitarist Cpt. Proton, bassist Tomb and drummer Ranf De Ginger. On their 2002 mini-album 'Rock The House', produced by PYOGENESIS bassist Roman Schönsee, the band even had the audacity and keen sense of humour to include a cover version of the BAY CITY ROLLERS 'Rock n' Roll Love Letter'.
The band suffered a major split in 2004, re-emerging with a new line-up with new singer Andy Space and bassist Hansi. THE NERVES in 2005 featured the rhythm section of bassist Adm. Jack and drummer Cmdr. Bossi. In January 2006 Mini Satellite took over vocals. That October former frontman Tim Vic returned to live action with THE HEARSE.
THE NERVES issued the 'Supernova' album in January 2007.
